You must record a video while opening the parcel. Without an unboxing video, returns or refunds will not be accepted. -
No Returns for Working Products:
If the product is working properly, it cannot be returned. -
Used Products Are Non-Returnable:
Any product that has been used will not be eligible for return or refund.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

🔁 Exchanges
To exchange a product, please return the original item. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
